Family and children

Henie Onstad strives to give the audience a pleasant encounter with the art. To see, experience and talk about art stimulates us to become conscious viewers. We wish to enable parents to use both the Art Center and Labben together with their children. In addition to this we offer programs to accommodate schools and kindergartens.

With a focus on the art we wish to facilitate meaningful reflections for children, youth and adults of all ages. Together with the Art Center’s skilled guides the visitors are invited to take part in discussions, group work and other forms of participation to facilitate a proper encounter with the art. We take children and youth seriously and therefore offer free entrance to everyone under the age of 18.
